Our Friendly Return Policy

Not loving your purchase? No worries! At Castle Barber Supply, we want you to feel completely confident about your purchase. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and that’s okay! We’ve got your back with our easy and friendly return policy.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Whether it’s a wrong product, a change of heart, or any other reason, we’re here to help.

How to return your order

1. Reach out. Send an email to orders@castlebarbersupply.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Pack it up. Safely pack the items you’re returning. Make sure they’re in their original condition and packaging.
3. Ship it back. We’ll provide a return shipping label. Attach it to your package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund. This usually takes 5–7 business days. We’ll send you an email confirmation once your refund is on its way. Prefer an exchange instead? Let us know in your email, and we’ll get the right product to you as soon as possible.

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Some items may be marked as final sale, and we can’t accept returns on those.
